I’ve been away from here for a couple of weeks, finishing something that I’m really proud of: my HeartMath® Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Self Regulation.
It meant hours of reading, studying, and a 100-question exam that I passed with a 97.7% (80% was needed). Challenging but rewarding.
Now I’m waiting the 10-day approval process for my certification, and I’m already diving into the next step: the HeartMath Interventions course for a second certification, which goes even deeper.
Why does this matter? Because it ties directly into my Vitality Operating System—the foundation I work with both my private clients and corporate programs.
HeartMath is science-backed proof of what I’ve always taught: emotions are the primary drivers of physiology.
When your emotions shift, your heart rhythm changes. That rhythm directly signals your brain through the vagus nerve, affecting cognition, memory, hormonal balance (cortisol, DHEA), and overall resilience.
What’s more: your heart’s rhythm generates an electromagnetic field that can actually influence the brainwave states of people around you.
That’s not “woo.” That’s physiology.
And yet almost nobody talks about this.
Instead, the health conversation gets stuck on surface-level longevity hacks that do little more than empty wallets.
My work is different: it goes to the source.
Alongside that, my own vitality experiments keep moving forward.
My L-Citrulline protocol is showing powerful results—I’m now at 4g daily, and my Oura data shows my cardiovascular age has dropped to three years younger.
The progression has been steady: from just above my age, to two years younger, to 2.5 years, and now three years younger.
Next step: testing at 6g.
And my favorite part of this season: my clients.
Every single one I’m working with right now is making such profound foundational progress that if you described it to a conventional practitioner, they’d call it a miracle.
It’s not.
It’s system-level restoration.
And it’s happening.
You can’t call it a miracle when the system finally restores—it’s what happens when the architecture is rebuilt.
Exercise Update
My rucking routine has been going absolutely amazing.
I’ve started going longer than three kilometers now with 26 pounds. The other day, I went for five kilometers instead of three—and holy cow, my body felt it and adapted and recovered so quickly.
It took me months to get to this recovery point.
It’s amazing how the body adjusts when you give it what it wants and what it needs to thrive.
I’m almost crying saying this because people do not realize it at all. They chase hacks for fitness and diet when the most powerful “hack” is your own body, telling you exactly what it needs next.
On top of that, I’ve incorporated Peloton rides three times a week—one hour each, zone two, zone three, zone one varying.
These are intense workouts, and my body is just so ready for them.
Just three months ago, I couldn’t even think about hopping on a Peloton bike.
Now I’m getting close to 10 hours of total exercise per week, which feels surreal—because nine months ago, I could barely get in one.
And the truth is: I’m literally getting biologically younger.
I can feel it.
That’s the rhythm I’m back in here too.
More to come—on HeartMath, on the biochemical foundations that make vitality sustainable, and on how we can build resilience at both the personal and organizational level.
Your body was never the problem.
The architecture was.
