You’re afraid of dying.
That’s why life feels short.
That’s why life feels so hard.
That’s why health feels like an uphill battle.
Because if you’re not afraid of dying, then life — every moment of the day — has thousands of possibilities.
And life feels expansive and infinite.
You’re afraid of dying.
And that is why you chase longevity.
But if you’re not afraid of dying, longevity is implicit.
Because you’re living so fully in the moment that your body transforms — biochemically, spiritually, in every way imaginable.
You’re afraid of dying because your present moment is full of the past.
You’re afraid of dying because your future is being built from what happened in the past.
You’re afraid of dying because your body whispers through symptoms every day that you’re afraid of dying.
And in that fear, you’re creating a biochemical environment of decline — faster than you can even catch your breath.
Human beings are meant to operate from the top of the ladder: from joy, expansiveness, coherence.
And if you are not, if you are not, if you are not — if you are afraid of dying — what kind of life are you creating for yourself?
If you’re afraid of dying, then you’ll reach for external tools to try to offset that fear.
But that will never work.
