I have a pattern.
One I’ve been working on for YEARS.
And even though I see it clearly, I still slip into it sometimes.

I explain myself.
Too early.
To people who have no idea what I’m building—or how much it costs me to build it.

I catch myself trying to walk them through it. I catch it in real time. I see myself doing it. And yet I continue on…telling them…
