YES, collagen is GOD when it comes to anything that has to do with optimizing health and having vitality.

Collagen holds your body together.

It is the most effective and useful GLUE of all time.

If you didn’t have collagen you would fall apart.

Do you know what this means??

This is THE MOST important job in the world.

It is a hell of a job.

It is a huge responsibility.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body.

Our bones REQUIRE COLLAGEN to stay dense and become denser.

Our skin cells REQUIRE COLLAGEN for suppleness and glowiness and continuous renewal.

Vitamin C is a LOVELY thing.

And yes, you can get it from fruits and veggies but I take it in liposomal supplemental form as the food versions are not enough, in my view, for abundant and highest bioavailability.

(vitamin C is poorly absorbed in the intestines and is also a water soluble vitamin: this means it gets depleted often, especially with high stress. So, you have to replenish daily)

I attribute my glowing skin in big part to vitamin C (and LOTS of collagen too, of course. Hahahaha!)

More importantly, if vitamin C is lacking in the body, it will not only affect skin health but will create problems in bone density, connective tissues, gut lining, and artery walls!
