Thank you, Alicia.

It means a lot that this landed for you.

We forget sometimes that the body isn’t malfunctioning—it’s communicating. And when we slow down enough to hear it, everything starts to shift.

So glad you’re here. ❤️

Alicia, I so appreciate everything you shared.🩷

My aunt had MS, and I’ve also worked with a few people navigating life with MS—so I really do understand the layers involved. And I remember when my boys were little… it was full-blown chaos. It was one of the hardest times to take care of myself. I was still figuring this out back then—but looking back, my kids were the ones who showed me that slowing down was okay. That I didn’t need to be producing all the time.

In a way, they were the ones who helped me pierce through the societal fog.

In your case, just the fact that you’re aware of all this—and still making space for yourself in any way you can—is a huge win. Your baby will grow, the rhythm will shift, and you’ll have more room to expand. And the truth is… you’re already way ahead in wisdom than I was when my kids were toddlers.

Thank you again for your beautiful words—they really stayed with me.
