It has been such a journey this past year.

Today, I feel like me for the very first time in 3 years and felt compelled to write this post.

I had completely forgotten what it was like to be me.

I had completely forgotten what it was like to be the scintillating, sparkling, light, me. This real me is what makes me so successful at what I do.

If I knew the state I was going to be in at the end of 2024, I would have taken action long before the end of the year.

I didn’t realize how much not following my intuition and not listening to my body would cost me my health.

What happened next not only saved my career but quite possibly my life. And it all started with a decision I never thought I’d have the courage to make…
