đ Behind the Scenes: Creating My Vitality Sequence While Actually Living It
Good morning, good morning!! âď¸
Today I wanted to do something different. Instead of giving you the polished, distilled version of my work, Iâm pulling back the curtain a littleâbecause what Iâm building right now isnât theoretical. Itâs happening in real time, while I parent, fast, sketch, record, clean, reflect, recalibrate.
And I want you to see it!
Iâm someone who gets bored with strict daily schedules.
This was last Saturday. Every Saturday looks a little different. But I always come back to the basics. If I donât meditate in the morning, Iâll do it in the afternoon. If I donât exercise first thing, Iâll ruck later in the day. Thatâs the rhythm. Thatâs the point!
This past Saturday, I carved out time to focus.
I sat down to sketch the final version of my Vitality Sequence Mapâthe zoomed-out view that holds the entire foundation of everything I teach.
And Iâm SO excited about it!
Because when you can see the whole map laid out, you stop asking, âWhy am I doing this random thing?â and start seeing how it all connects.
I film a lot of my videos in the car.
Itâs cozy. Itâs quiet. Itâs where the best sparks come throughâthoughts, clarity, real-life flow.
I went out to grab a big drawing pad to sketch the map before handing it to a designer. I want it to be beautiful, intuitive, and clearâsomething that captures whatâs been living in my coaching and my body for years.
Itâs all going to make so much more sense once I do this!
Saturday was also the day I filmed my first real YouTube video! đĽ
Not just Shorts (though some are doing shockingly wellâ1.5k views??), but a real 13-minute video.
Not professional. Not perfectly lit. Just real. Relatable. Intimate.
Maybe from the car. Maybe from the kitchen. Thatâs the vibe. Thatâs me!
And truthfullyâI love making videos!!
Something about speaking directly into the camera, from the heart, lights me up. This part of the work feels like play.
I was also fasting that dayâ because I felt clear. Grounded. Ready.
My body felt good.
And let me tell you what changed everything: keto.
Itâs been three full weeks since I started keto againânot the trendy version, but real, science-based keto, grounded in research I studied years ago.
But hereâs what most people donât know:
For the last few years, especially when I was working in that toxic job, my body craved rice at night. Not for flavor. But for survival.
That rice was dampening the avalanche of cortisol that was flooding my body every day. It was my nervous system's cry for help.
Thenâexactly 5.5 months after quittingâsomething shifted.
My cortisol finally dropped. My body stopped asking for rice. And I heard it, loud and clear.
So I listened. I followed. It was a feeling of arrival and contentment. And I started keto.
~ 30g carbs/day. No rules. No rigidity. Just pure metabolic clarity.
And holy shitâI feel AMAZING.
No crashes. No cravings. No brain fog.
⨠My brain is clear.
⨠My body feels light.
⨠I donât miss the rice. I donât miss the snacks.
⨠I feel sustained.
This is the work Iâm doing now.
Not just planning it. Living it.
Mapping it while moving through it.
The Vitality Map is coming soon.
And Iâve never felt more lit up to share whatâs coming.
Letâs go!!
